Obviously dated and with an attached one car garage this project entailed converting the garage into living space and constructing a new garage at the rear of the property off an adjacent street. A roof deck above the new garage overlooks Polliwog Park to the west. Remodeled inside and out with modern amenities as a ‘starter’ home.
