Project Description
The original garage had the best view on this site a couple blocks up from Torrance Beach. A new basement garage was cut into the site with a vaulted living room space above taking full advantage of the coastline view to Santa Monica in the distance. Very minimal change was made from the original footprint and the new building height matched what was existing in order to obtain neighbor and planning commission approval.
