Project Description
An open upper level floor plan centered around an island kitchen with an informal living and dining room space to the north and a media room to the south. Disappearing sliding glass doors open up the unobstructed view to the Santa Monica Bay towards Malibu creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The Manhattan Beach Pier to the south is highlighted through mitered glass windows.
