Project Description
11 acres in the high Arizona desert adjacent to the Bureau of Land Management flood plain required that the home be elevated 4 feet above the adjacent ground level to withstand a ‘100 year storm’. With views in all directions the home is encompassed by an open covered veranda with wide steps on all sides. High transom windows allow natural light to spill into the open beamed Great Room flanked by a master bedroom suite facing north and a guest bedroom and home office facing south.
